What happens next

  1. We reply to arrange a call. If we’re not the right fit, we say so.
  2. A first call. 30 to 45 minutes with the person who would lead the work. No preparation needed. We can sign a non-disclosure agreement first.
  3. A written proposal. For the first stage only: scope, deliverables, length, fee and the decision point at its end, usually within a week of the call.
